Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Poker Tritons Floor Bot ("the Bot"), a Discord bot developed to support operations for the Poker Tritons Discord server at UC San Diego.

By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the Bot.

The Bot provides features including:

• Table management and organization.
• Player ledger tracking.
• Payment verification assistance.
• Host accountability and record keeping.
• Verification of UC San Diego email addresses to confirm server eligibility.

By using the Bot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Use the Bot only for legitimate Poker Tritons activities.
• Verify only an email address that you own and are authorized to use.
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass or abuse the email verification process.
• Submit false payment, ledger, or identity information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its systems.
• Use the Bot to harass, impersonate, or deceive other users.
• Interfere with the Bot's normal operation.

To provide its services, the Bot may process and store information such as your Discord account information, UC San Diego email address (for verification purposes), verification status, ledger records, payment confirmations, and other information necessary for club operations.

The Bot's records are intended to assist with club administration. Users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of their own balances, transactions, and account information.

The Bot's maintainers are not responsible for financial disputes, incorrect information submitted by users, verification issues caused by third-party services, or any losses resulting from reliance on Bot records.

Access to the Bot may be restricted or revoked at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or misuse of the Bot.

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
